(I can't post URLs yet but Google BT-300 USB drivers and you'll find the Epson developer page which will direct you to the Intel drivers download page). I updated the firmware, drivers and utilities from the Epson website but my printer will still not print. To update the printer firmware, follow the procedures for updating the printer firmware below.Then just to be sure, I unplugged the printer for a couple of days. Select 'Never' from the drop down menu on the 'Interval to Check' column to turn off or disable the auto firmware update. The Firmware Updater allows you to update the firmware of the printer. Epson firmware updater downgraded Linda Nelson on Epson-firmware-update-downgrade.
